A solid string of free throws helped the Cyclones surpass the McHenry County College Scots in a 74-64 victory on the road.

Although the Cyclones had the edge throughout the game, the Scots did not go down without a fight. The score was close, but the Cyclones' collective 20-for-22 from the free-throw line helped them secure the win.
