To finish their Illinois Skyway Collegiate Conference matches for the season on a high note, the Cyclones edged past College of Lake County 6-3 at home.

In addition to two forfeit wins from the Lancers, there were some tough battles the Cyclones endured for this victory. Eliza Janik, at No. 4 singles, went up in her first set 6-4 before suffering a quick 0-6 defeat. Going into the third-set tiebreaker, she pushed her opponent back and won 10-7. At No. 5 singles, Marietta Farraj narrowly defeated her opponent in the first set but then earned a bagel for her ultimate victory.
