In their final regular match of the season, the Cyclones were down a few athletes and fell to Sauk Valley Community College 6-3.
Marietta Farraj and Tamera Farraj came through again as the ultimate victors, each earning one bagel at No. 5 and No. 6 singles, respectively, as well as playing a strong No. 3 doubles for an 8-2 win. Sydney Rutkowski pushed through a three-set tiebreaker at No. 3 singles, but ultimately fell in the final set (6-0, 5-7, 8-10).

The Cyclones now have a week to prepare for the NJCAA Region 4 Championship, which will take place Oct. 10 and 11 at Park Forest Health and Tennis Club.
