In their home and season opener with Wright College, the Cyclones put their skills to the test and came out ahead 3-0.
This was the first game for new Head Coach Jaelyn Donald as well as the first college game for several players. Although nerves started the match, once they settled in, the Cyclones cruised to a quick three set victory: 25-11, 25-17, 25-18.
There was a nice balanced attack as Amber Kingston led the way with eight kills followed by Keira Clancy and Chloe McGregor-Paterson with six each. Cameron Szyszka added nine aces.
